yeah loads of forums have those, and can be a good way to introduce the new members without bogging other on-topic areas of the forums.

Sounds good to me - how about under "Off Topic Chat", just a "Member Intros" section? Or it could go under "Muso Hookups" too???

Typiccly there's a avatar test forum for people to get thier avatars correct.. and then a intro forum.. a little bit "about" you...

Okay, sounds good guys. I've added an intros section to the "General" forum and an avatar test forum under the "Off Topic Chat" forum.
