It's a bit daunting when you first look at it but with a bit of pokinbg about and some common sense you will soon be hammering out tracks :) If you get the chance also look at Cubase SX3 or Pro Tools LE, these will both work on Mac or PC and all do pretty much the same job, although Pro Tools isn't so keen on MIDI.</description><pubDate>Thu, 21 Sep 2006 01:34:08 GMT</pubDate><dc:creator>Alan</dc:creator></item><item><title>Logic's newbie friendliness</title><link>http://www.hoofjaw.com/forums/Topic221-57-1.aspx</link><description>I was considering buying a Mac to use Logic for my work, but I rarely use Macs and I have only ever used Sonic Home Studio on the PC (which did indeed give me many problems).  So I was wondering if anyone knew how easy/difficult the switch will be for a noob of Macs and Logic to make the switch.  How different are the two groups of hardware and software, and are there any suggestions to help a newbie out?
