Want to know if anyone has any good suggestions for Virtual Drummer plug-ins. I've tried out BFD, but it seems to run a bit slow on my machine. I am running a laptop with about 756 megs of RAM. But, Protools and Reason run fine together. Any other suggestions? I've been interested in Groove Agent, but there isn't a demo available. Cool

So actually I use Groove Agent v2, and actually began with Groove Agent v1. I really like the integration with Cubase SX3 (Cubase 4 is on order, baby!) and the quality of the drums is pretty decent (while not being exceptional).

I'm also interested in people's thoughts as this is the only drums VST I've used, but for what I've needed it for, it has been great.

Cheers, Dave.

Maybe try m-audio/iZoptope's iDrum, only £33 here, and doesnt look too bad. Gotta be worth a try.

I'd also recommend EZDrummer (www.ezdrummer.com) to get a beat up and running quickly, or check out Jamstix (www.rayzoon.com) for a plugin that actually jams with you. I own a copy of both and use them regularly.
