does anyone have any experience using midi boards and adobe audition? just needed a little help as i'm just stepping away from analog. thanks

can't say I'm a big fan of Audition / Cool Edit Pro. I hate it's GUI, and it is so non intuitive IMO. But in answer to you're question, I'm sorry I haven't tried it. I only have Audition on a PC at work as it came with the Adobe Video Production bundle, but was quickly replaced with Wavelab 4, then Wavelab 6
